Richard is Senior Advisor to Fifth Down Capital Founder & Managing Partner Andrew Spellman. Richard Rosenblatt is a serial entrepreneur who has built and operated several public and private companies in the media tech and consumer space. Richard was Founder, Chairman and CEO at Demand Media; CEO of Intermix Media (parent) and Chairman of Myspace; and Founder, Chairman and CEO of iMALL. Presently, Richard occupies the roles of Co-Founder and Chairman of Whip Media, Autograph, Adim and D'Amelio Brands.  Richard holds a JD from the University of Southern California and BS in Political Science from UCLA.
